Decide what the brand stands for
Before a single page gets designed — who you're for, what you promise, and how it looks.
- Brand strategy
- Brand design
- Visioning workshops
- Positioning & messaging
Being found is the easy part. Being believed is what wins the customer. We set the direction, build the website or app that carries it, and automate the day-to-day work that keeps it in front of the right people.
Most small businesses end up with a designer, a developer and an agency who have never spoken to each other. We cover the whole span, so the strategy and the thing you actually launch stay in step.
Before a single page gets designed — who you're for, what you promise, and how it looks.
Built around the way your customers actually buy — not around a template.
The unglamorous work that stops a good site quietly going stale.
Content that keeps going out and admin that stops eating your week.
Your website was built years ago and nobody has touched it since.
Your Shopify store gets traffic but not enough orders.
Social posting happens whenever someone finds a spare hour.
You want video content but not the filming and editing.
The same admin job gets done by hand every single week.
You need an app and don't know where to start.
If you nodded at one of those, the review is worth half an hour.
We look at what you have now — site, socials, sales process — and agree what the brand needs to say, and to whom.
Design and development against a fixed scope and a date. You see progress as it happens, not at the end.
Maintenance and automation take over, so the site stays healthy and the content keeps going out.
Trust Brand Marketing 360 is run by Anu D'Souza, who has been doing brand strategy work for start-ups and SMEs since 2013 — visioning workshops, brand storytelling frameworks, audience research and campaign strategy for businesses across sectors, from tech to not-for-profit.
Before that: Ogilvy, BBDO and Unilever, across Australia, New Zealand, and other markets in the Asia Pacific region, on brands including Cadbury's, Dove, Knorr and Mainland. She built Unilever's Aviance brand from scratch — identity, retail, literature and the e-commerce site — an initiative that won the Unilever Chairman's Award for Best Marketing Idea for her region. She is a founding director of an AI-powered insight platform, board advisor to an e-commerce social enterprise, and the author of Aligned.
Backed by her own team of developers, Anu partners with small and medium sized enterprises to build systems to generate and automate leads through websites, social media, search and AI tools.
The order hasn't changed: work out what the brand stands for, then build the website, app or automation that carries it. A brand is only worth the trust it earns.
You own everything we build — domains, accounts, code and content are yours from day one, and you deal directly with the person doing the work.
No pitch deck. We'll go through what you have, tell you what we'd change first, and you can take that away whether or not you work with us.
